. Even behind the camera, both the actors share a beautiful bond, a camaraderie that words can’t define. Perhaps that is why once during an old conversation, the actress shared how today’s cinema lacks in the potential to do justice to a talent like Govinda.
“The type of films which can do justice to his talent are not being made.

I don’t think any other actor like him is here in the industry. One who can make you laugh and then cry in one scene itself! How he did comedy and emotional scenes together,” said Raveena in an interview with The Lallantop in January this year.
She emphasized the fact that the kind of movies that are made today simply don’t have the substance that could utilize the true potential of the actor. Recalling the days she worked with Govinda, the actress mentioned how she used to simply keep looking at him. The actress gave credit for her comic timing to Govinda.
“There is no one compared to him,” she concluded.

Raveena met Govinda today as well; however, under not-so-good circumstances. The actor is hospitalized after the accidental bullet injury and Raveena went to see him on Wednesday. Doctors and family have confirmed that he will soon be shifted to a normal ward, but the industry, his friends, fans, and colleagues will only have some peace, once the actor returns home.
