Ahead of the highly anticipated Border Gavaskar Trophy, Australia batter Travis Head in a lighthearted conversation with 7 Cricket picked India skipper Rohit Sharma as the ‘hottest’ player in the Indian team over Jasprit Bumrah.
I don’t think he’s (Bumrah) that good-looking. Potentially (he’s got some work to do). I think there’s been hotter. I like Rohit’s work and I am happy with the Dad setup, I think he’s got the most style out of all of them. He stands at the top, takes them on, double stepping blokes in the powerplay. Both (on asked if it was physical attractiveness and cricketing skills),” Head said laughing.
“I think people will (find him attractive). Yeah, I just like the way he gets about it, Yeah, around the sheds. I am happy with it, I am happy with his setup. Jasprit, got some work to do,” he added.
“So Rohit plays a pull shot and you’re thinking … ‘that’s a good looking man.'”
Somehow the conversation with Travis Head ended there, when the starting point was … Jasprit Bumrah’s bowling.@gradecricketer pic.twitter.com/FqocYbQxoQ

Earlier this month it was reported that Rohit is expected to miss the first Test of the India-Australia Border Gavaskar Test series, starting November 22, for personal reasons. India take on the Pat Cummins-led side in the first of the five Tests at the Optus stadium in Perth.
After the 0-3 whitewash against New Zealand at home in the Wankhede Stadium, Rohit was asked about reports floating ahead of this series about him missing the first Test match in Australia because of personal reasons at the press conference. “I am not too sure about Perth. But fingers crossed,” he responded about the November 22-27 fixture.
Should Rohit miss out, Bumrah is likely to lead the side.
