According to reports, a significant presentation at the 4th National Chief Secretaries Conference last month mentioned the DOGE and the US Paperwork Reduction Act as prominent worldwide examples of ‘deregulation’, in addition to those from the UK, New Zealand, and Argentina.

The West Bengal Junior Doctor’s Front (WBJDF) has set a hotline number to demand justice for RG Kar PGT doctor, who was raped and killed on hospital grounds on August 9. The junior physicians want to relaunch the campaign, and a hotline number has been established to create a people’s platform to demand justice for Abhaya. WBJDF presented the hotline number and invited ordinary people to join a platform to fight for Abhaya. The WBJDF said that the movement and protest would continue, and voiced dissatisfaction with the latest inquiry.
