Shatrughan Sinha
also won from
Asansol
at the elections. He was contesting from the Asansol Lok Sabha seat in West Bengal and secured 6,05,645 votes, reported the Election Commission of India.
Sonakshi Sinha
has now reacted to her father’s win.
She said a picture of Shatrughan where he can be seen smiling wide holding his winning certificate. Sonakshi shared the picture and wrote, “That victorious smile.”
A few days back, during a chat with ETimes for the success of ‘Heeramandi’, Sonakshi had revealed that her father has not yet seen her series as he’s busy with the campaigning for elections. She had said, “He has not yet seen it because he’s busy campaigning. Poor thing he on the rallies from morning to night, in this heat. He’s meeting so many people and everyone is messaging him about ‘Heeramandi’ which he’s forwarding to me, but he’s not yet seen it.”
Meanwhile, Sinha’s son Kush Sinha also celebrated his father’s big win. He told ANI, “I am very happy that he is winning. Last time also he won by a huge margin… I want to thank the people of Asansol that they voted for the right candidate…”
