Shakti Kapoor sells Juhu apartment for Rs 6.11 crores: Report

Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu area for Rs 6.11 crores, reportedly. The apartment, located in the Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society, was purchased by Bengaluru-based buyers Satish Venkatesh and Archana Taneja. The transaction was registered on December 26, 2024, with a stamp duty of Rs 36.66 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 paid.

According to official records, the apartment is situated on the first floor and has a built-up area of 881 sq ft. While the reasons behind the sale remain undisclosed, neither Shakti Kapoor nor the buyers have commented on the transaction. The sale adds to the growing trend of Bollywood celebrities engaging in high-value real estate deals in Mumbai’s prime locations.

Shakti Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s Recent Property Purchase

Interestingly, Shakti Kapoor and his daughter, actress Shraddha Kapoor, were recently in the news for acquiring a luxury apartment in Mumbai for Rs 6.24 crore. The property, located in Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower, was registered on January 13, 2025. Documents indicate that the apartment has a carpet area of 1,042.73 sq ft, including two balconies.

Juhu has long been a sought-after location for Bollywood stars, with industry stalwarts like Amitabh Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Ajay Devgn, Shahid Kapoor, and Kartik Aaryan owning properties in the area. The sale of Shakti Kapoor’s apartment is part of a broader pattern of real estate transactions in Mumbai’s upscale neighborhoods.
