, reminisced about their bond and shared some fun anecdotes.
In a conversation with Star Sports, SRK expressed his fondness for Virat, stating, “I spent a lot of time with him, I just love him.
We say that he is our son-in-law, he is our fraternity’s ‘
daamad
’. I have known him the most compared to other players. I have known Virat and
Anushka
for a long time, spent a lot of time with them.”

then went on to recall their early days of friendship, mentioning, “I know him since his dating period was going on and I was shooting a film with Anushka. So, he spent many days with us, and became very friendly.”
In the previous IPL season, viewers caught a glimpse of the camaraderie between Virat and SRK as they danced to the title track of the movie,

.

Reflecting on this incident, SRK added, “So, I taught him (Virat) the Pathaan movie title’s dance steps. I saw him in one of the India matches. He tried to do the dance with Ravindra Jadeja in the match. They were trying to do that dance step. I was very sad that they were doing it so badly. I told them to let me make them learn the steps.”
In the same conversation, SRK also revealed that he was ‘horrified’ after learning of the near-fatal car crash involving Rishabh Pant. “That was horrifying. I saw that video (of his car). It was horrifying! Because we didn’t know then, what was the result of that accident. So, you get the worst feelings. To me, these boys are like my own sons. I have youngsters in my team as well. I hoped he wasn’t injured badly. And a sportsman getting injured, it’s a double jeopardy. Worse than that, us getting injured. I wish him all the best. I hope his knee gets fully recovered soon,” SRK said in a video shared on KKR‘s social media handle.
