Rhea Kapoor
‘s latest production, “

,” has soared to new heights. The film, starring the luminous trio of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Tabu, has been making waves not only for its captivating storyline and stellar cast but also for its infectious soundtrack. “
Naina
,” crooned by the dynamic duo of
Diljit Dosanjh
and rap maestro Badshah.
Rhea Kapoor shared a post on her Instagram Stories, capturing the moment when her song echoed through the
Heathrow Airport
hub.
As the catchy tune played in the background, Rhea cheekily captioned it, “When they play your song at Heathrow.”
Creating “Naina” wasn’t a walk in the park.
Diljit
Dosanjh spilled the beans during a candid podcast chat with Raj Shamani. It turns out that Rhea Kapoor was on a mission—a year-long pursuit—to convince Diljit to lend his magical voice to the track. And boy, did it pay off! Despite Diljit’s initial struggle with Hindi songs (he’s a Punjabi superstar, after all), Rhea’s unwavering persistence led him to craft this infectious hit. As Diljit himself puts it, “It’s not like I am singing Hindi songs and the whole of India is listening to me. I always spoke Punjabi, but due to Hindi films, I started talking in Hindi.”
Diljit initially hesitated to dive into the Bollywood music scene. He candidly admitted, “I couldn’t create Hindi songs on my own.” It was Rhea Kapoor who relentlessly pursued him for an entire year. She believed in his talent, urging him to step out of his comfort zone. And voilà! “Naina” was born. The song features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon. Their stylish presence in the music video adds an extra layer of glamour.
Rhea Kapoor, daughter of Anil Kapoor, has also produced hits like “Veere Di Wedding,” “Thank You For Coming,” and “Aisha.”.
Rhea and her sister Sonam, took a break in London with their family. The Kapoor sisters let loose at a Taylor Swift concert, singing their hearts out. The moments were captured on video and shared on social media.
