This perspective is reflected in characters like Geetanjali and Srivalli, who, despite the danger posed by men like Ranvijay or Pushpa, find the courage to stand up against them when they make mistakes. Rashmika believes that Vanga and Sukumar’s respect for women is what makes such moments of strength and defiance possible in their films.
The actress further explained that the love and respect Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Sukumar have for women is evident in their work, and that’s how she portrayed her characters. She acknowledged that she has played roles where her character needed help or saving, but these roles showcase women through the directors’ empowering perspective, which she feels is an honor to be a part of.
