In a podcast with YouTuber Nikhil Kamath on ‘People with WTF,’ Ranbir discussed his late father, Rishi Kapoor, revealing that while Rishi was a
short-tempered
man, he had a good nature.
Ranbir also mentioned his respectful demeanor and his tendency to always comply without objection.
At the pre-release event for Animal in Hyderabad last year, the actor opened up about Rishi. Ranbir revealed that his father’s frequent travels limited their ability to form a close bond, and he still regrets not having spent more time with him. The Brahmastra star further said that he respected his late father but was “never friendly” with him.On The Great Indian Kapil Show earlier this year, Ranbir Kapoor humorously referred to Rishi Kapoor as the original troll’ before social media’s rise. He recounted how his father, after a couple of drinks, would prank call his aunt and tease her, showcasing his playful side.
