Marco Jansen tops the charts
Punjab Kings’ new addition, Marco Jansen, is leading the charts with the most wickets while currently playing for Sunrisers Eastern Cape. The bowler has played 10 matches and taken 15 wickets with an impressive economy rate of 6.40. Jansen is showing what he can bring to Punjab Kings, and he is in excellent form.
IPL Unsold Afghan player bags 14 wickets
Mujeeb Ur Rahman, the Afghanistan player who went unsold in the IPL 2025 auction, has taken 14 wickets in 10 matches for his team, Pearl Royals. He has bowled excellently, maintaining an economy rate of 6.52, and is currently the second top wicket-taker in the league.
Good news for CSK
CSK’s new recruit, Noor Ahmed, has impressed with his bowling in the SA20. Formerly with Gujarat Titans, he has now joined Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2025 auction. In the 10 matches he has played in SA20, he has taken 13 wickets with an economy rate of 6.90.
