India at Paris 2024 Paralympic Games LIVE Updates: It is an action-packed Sunday for India at Paris Paralympics where Lekhara will compete in Mixed 10m Air Rifle Prone SH1 Final and Preeti Pal too will look for her second medal in women’s 200m in T35 Final.

In Para Badminton, there are seven different knockout matches lined up across various categories today. India is already assured of a medal in men’s singles SL4 as Sukant Kadam joined Suhas Yathiraj in the semifinal, and the two will face each other in the last four later today.

Saturday was a bittersweet day for India in Paris at the Paralympics 2024. While shooter Rubina Francis bagged an impressive bronze medal in 10m pistol, there were some disappointing results too for the Indian contingent. There was heartbreak in women’s compound archery. First up, second seed Sheetal Devi lost against Tokyo silver medallist Mariana Zuniga in the round of 16, following which Sarita lost out against world champion Oznur Cure. But Sheetal will be back for her mixed team event with Rakesh Kumar on Monday. In Para-Badminton, Krishna Nagar retired hurt as his title defence came to an early end. And late in the night, with a medal possibly in their sight, Nithya Sre Sumathy Sivan and Sivarajan Solaimalai lost the SH6 Mixed Doubles semifinal after taking the lead.
