‘Paper leakage outside, water leakage inside’: Videos of waterlogged, leaking new Parliament start meme fest

Rain lashed several parts of Delhi and its adjoining National Capital Region (NCR) on Wednesday evening, resulting in traffic congestion and severe waterlogging in many parts of the city. The new Parliament was not spared either. Following the heavy downpour, videos showed waterlogging in front of the new Parliament. In another viral video, a bucket can be seen inside the Parliament complex to collect water dripping from the roof.
