Pakistan struggle to find broadcasters
Despite the setback, the PCB is confident of finding someone within the next seven weeks, the report stated. It added that the PCB was ‘hopeful’ that the audience in England can watch the series. While SkySports has been the regular broadcaster for England’s matches, the channel is yet to show interest.
“Discussions are underway to telecast the series in England. There are still seven weeks left before the first Test against England starts, we are hopeful that people in England will get to watch the series,” PCB sources said.

Challenges pile up for Pakistan ahead of CT 2025
Pakistan is staring at multiple hurdles and is racing against time to get things in order in hopes of hosting the Champions Trophy in 2025 as planned originally. From poor drainage system at stadiums to renovation work at two of the biggest venues with less than six months away, the PCB has a tall task at hands. Adding to this is the prospect of the ICC considering a hybrid model to host the tournament over India’s unwillingness to travel to Pakistan for the tournament.
While PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi has remained optimistic about Pakistan hosting CT 2025 successfully, he has also been critical of the stadiums. The chairman himself admitted that none of the stadiums met the international standards.
