Atilla shared a memorable moment from the Ambani event, recalling his conversation with Shah Rukh Khan. He told Shah Rukh that when he first visited India in 2008, he watched one of his movies at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, and had been following his work ever since. Jokingly, Atilla suggested it was now Shah Rukh’s turn to watch him. To this, Shah Rukh responded with a smile and a positive reply.
In the same interview, Atilla shared that the Ambanis’ pre-wedding festivities focused more on non-alcoholic drinks, which sparked his creativity. He and his team crafted a range of elaborate mocktails using unique ingredients like yuzu, kaffir lime, and saffron to match the luxury of the event. They also created a few signature cocktails with low alcohol content but rich in flavor. Their goal was to offer an experience, not just a drink.
