Singer Mika Singh shared his admiration for the legendary Amitabh Bachchan and recalled how he once sneaked into

, gained more fame in the 1990s after working with Amitabh Bachchan on a song.
In an interview, Mika revealed that Daler once pranked him by getting a
Bachchan impersonator
to talk to him on the phone. Speaking to The Lallantop, Mika shared his memories of Big B’s Diwali celebrations, saying that every year he would pass by Bachchan’s house and admire the decorations, always wishing to be invited. Once, driving his Hummer, Mika entered the house without an invitation, took a few rounds, and left. He also mentioned that he often invited Bachchan to his shows and would send him messages, to which Bachchan would kindly reply, wishing him blessings.
Mika shared that when he told Daler about his experience, Daler joked that he wasn’t actually talking to Bachchan. Daler then pretended to call Bachchan, saying, “Mr. Bachchan, here, my brother Mika wants to talk to you.” Mika, thinking it was the real Bachchan, stood up out of respect and spoke to him, only to later realize that Daler had pranked him with a look-alike.
Mika shared how he discovered the truth. After giving up on inviting Bachchan to his shows, he stopped sending messages. One day, while at a shoot, Bachchan unexpectedly called him over. He asked why Mika had stopped sending him messages and said he looked forward to them. This gesture made Mika’s admiration for him grow even more.
