Anantnag (J&K): Kashmir People’s Democratic Party President, Mehbooba Mufti criticized BJP, and said Jammu and Kashmir has become a testing ground for the party’s policies. She believes the BJP aims to send a message to the country’s minority communities through their actions in J&K.
