In a recent development, LTIMindtree witnessed the departure of two senior executives, Rohit Kedia, the chief
business officer
, and Vikash Gaur, the chief delivery officer, who decided to explore opportunities elsewhere. During his ten-year tenure, Kedia was responsible for overseeing service lines and products business while implementing strategic initiatives across various domains, including
cloud and infrastructure
, digital security, digital engineering, data, and AI. Gaur, who initially joined the organisation five years ago as EVP and head of cloud, data, and digital, advanced through the ranks to assume the position of chief delivery officer.
Lambu addressed two
town hall meetings
in Mumbai and Bengaluru, with plans to visit Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune to meet employees. In the town hall sessions held in Mumbai and Bengaluru, LTIMindtree’s CEO,
Debashis Chatterjee
, assured his support for a smooth transition even as Lambu settles into his new role. Over the next few weeks, Chatterjee and Lambu will be meeting clients across the US and Europe, sources told TOI.
