Days after starting their married life together, the couple appeared for an interview where they shared a glimpse of their romantic journey that led to their formal wedding.

During an interview with News 18 Showsha, Vaibhav Vishant described his relationship with Arushi Sharma as ‘a whirlpool of emotions’ that he hopes to portray on screen in the future. He disclosed that they have been pals for a very long time. The director shared that he was certain of his feelings for the actress, however, she ‘wouldn’t easily trust somebody for life.’
He stated, “That was too big an ask. It just so happened that eventually, over a period of a few months, she too developed feelings. And it’s definitely a love story I would like to write a script on.”
Furthermore, Vaibhav shared that every time he tried to propose to Arushi, she would always avoid the topic ‘in every way possible.’ He said the actress would act in that way because ‘she couldn’t believe this was happening while this was happening.’ However, he expressed his opinion, stating that “some moments” paved the way for certain things that were destined to happen.
Vaibhav would constantly convince the actress that it was time for them to be married, even though she was uncomfortable discussing the subject. Arushi responded to this by saying, “In this New Year, he told random people that we’ll get married this year even though we had no plans to. But then, it actually happened.”
The much-in-love couple pair also revealed the actress’s parents’ response, who have always supported their union. According to Arushi, parents frequently ask an array of questions about a person’s relationship, but her parents were certain that Vaibhav was the perfect person for her. In addition to what his wife had revealed, Vaibhav remembered that Arushi’s mother had initiated the first move to call him to arrange the meeting.
He said, “It was Arushi’s mom who took the step to call me to meet her. That really gave a push to the whole thing. It was because of our parents that we’re married today. Her parents must have gone through a lot of emotions when they came to know about me, and I’m yet to ask them how and when they approved of me to be a part of their family. This is something I keep wondering.”
Reflecting on life post-marriage, Arushi said there was ‘definitely a difference’. It being said, the actress expressed their desire to savour each and every second of the ‘sweet and special feeling’ that comes just once in a lifetime. “We’re truly enjoying this phase right now,” remarked Sharma.
