KLE Technological University (KLETU) Hubballi will be the nodal centre for the Smart India Hackathon 2024 which is scheduled to take place December 11 to 15.
The Smart India Hackathon will be held at the School of Electronics and Communication Engineering on BVB Campus of KLETU, a release from the university said.
According to the release, Smart India Hackathon 2024 will feature 13 Hardware Edition Nodal Centers and 38 Software Edition Nodal Centers across India and KLETU will host 30 teams, comprising 180 student-participants, supported by over 50 experts who will mentor and evaluate the innovative projects.
The Smart India Hackathon, initiated in 2017 with the tagline “No problem is too big… No idea is too small”, has evolved into the world’s largest open innovation platform.
The 2024 edition embraces 17 vibrant themes, including Smart Automation, Agriculture, FoodTech and Rural Development, Smart Vehicles, Transportation and Logistics, Robotics and Drones, Space Technology among others, the release said.
