Kala Sadhana Music School, Mangaluru, will present Swara Sanidhya, a National Youth Music Festival, and concerts by musicians on February 8 at TMA Pai International Convention Hall in the city.
The programme begins with a Hindustani vocal recital by Vibha S. Nayak from 8.40 a.m., followed by a Hindustani flute recital by Swayamprakash Prabhu of Moodbidri, disciple of Pandit Hariprasad Chowrasia from 9.40 a.m.
Athreya Gangadhar from Surathkal will present a vocal recital from 10.40 a.m. followed by musical programmes by Kala Sadhana students.
Hindustani music concert begins with a vocal concert by Basavaraj Vandali of Dharwad from 5 p.m. This will be followed by a santoor recital by Aranya Chowdhury of Kolkata from 7.15 p.m.
Swastik Business School has partnered with the event that is open to all, a release said.
