Jofra Archer at it again! Pacer’s decade old tweet predictiing India’s total in IND vs NZ 1st Test goes viral
Clairvoyant? Certainly Not! England ace pacer Jofra Archer’s decade-old tweet has gone viral on social media. The main reason behind it is India’s 46-run all-out at the hands of New Zealand in the IND vs NZ 1st Test in Bengaluru. It was a proper demolition from India, who suffered the wrath of Matt Henry and William ORourke.
Henry managed to bag a fifer while the 23-year-old William ORourke managed to scalp a sensation four-fer against the hosts. Amidst India’s entire batting collapse at home, England pacer Jofra Archer too hogged the limelight. The veteran pacer tweeted 46 on 21st November 2014, almost a decade back.

Fans immediately joined the dot claiming Archer to have made a prediction of India’s batting collapse 10 years earlier.
Poor day on the field for India
17th October 2024 will be a day that the India Cricket Team would dearly love to forget. Rohit Sharma admitted that he judged the pitch to be wrong and opted for 2 pacers. The team went on to suffer horribly batting first. Rohit Sharma scored 2 runs while 5 bother batters including Virat Kohli, Sarfaraz Khan, KL Rahul, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Ravindra Jadeja were dispatched for ducks.
Coming to the bowling and fielding, India were subpar. Ashwin, Jadeja, and Kuldeep bagged a wicket each as the Kiwis ended Day 2 with a score of 180/3 and a lead of 134 runs. As for the fielding, India yet again had a horror show with Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul being the victims of dropping catches.
