Letters To Leaders
The Prime Minister has written letters to world leaders — including US President Ronald Reagan, Soviet Prime Minister Nikolai Tikhonov, Pakistan President Zia-ul-Haq and Sri Lankan President Jayewardene, expressing the government’s desire to improve relations with their countries.
