Islamabad United schedule for PSL 2025

With one of the most successful teams, Islamabad United, set to play the PSL X opener against Lahore Qalandars, take a look at Islamabad United’s PSL 2025 schedule.

One of the most successful teams in PSL history, Islamabad United, is now set for the upcoming season as the PSL schedule has been announced. The champions will begin their campaign on April 11 against two-time champions Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Shadab Khan will lead the IU camp, which will face strong opponents, including Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans. Since the tournament follows a double round-robin format, each team will play every other team twice. However, IU must maintain their consistency, and given their established reputation in the league, the pressure will be on them.

Speaking about the format, each of the six teams will play 10 league-stage matches, with the top four teams on the PSL points table advancing to the playoffs, scheduled to be held from May 13 to 18 across two venues. In total, the tournament will take place across four venues, with Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium set to host 13 matches, including two Eliminators and the final.
