Actor Isha Koppikar, who has parted ways with restaurateur
Timmy Narang
, stepped out for a
dinner date
with her former husband and their daughter
Rianna
. The duo filed for
divorce
, which was granted to them in November last year.
On September 20, Isha Koppikar was snapped by the paparazzi as she was spotted post her dinner date with Timmy and daughter Rianna. They happily posed for the shutterbugs after exiting the restaurant in Mumbai.
For the outing, Isha kept things casual, as she was seen wearing a loose-fitting white top and denim pants.
She styled her look with a black belt, a purse, high heels and statement rings. On the other hand, Timmy opted for a printed white shirt with black pants and white shoes.
For the unversed, Timmy and Isha ended their wedding of 14 years in November, with Isha moving out of his residence with their nine-year-old daughter, Rianna. According to Timmy, they had been “contemplating divorce” for around a year and a half.
During a conversation with The Times Of India, Timmy said, “After contemplating divorce for almost a year and a half, we proceeded to file for it. The divorce was granted in November last year and it was on amicable terms. Both of us are now free to move on with our lives, which is a fact. So, I don’t see why there should be any confusion regarding that. While I haven’t read the latest report, considering the legal option isn’t even an option because the divorce has already come through. It’s as simple as that.”
Timmy and Isha tied the knot in November 2009. According to reports, the duo met at a gym and immediately fell in love. The two had known one another for three years prior to their official dating. In July 2014, Isha and Timmy welcomed their daughter Rianna into their family.
Isha is known for her work in films like Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Don’, Vivek Oberoi starrer ‘Kyaa Kool Hai Hum’ and ‘Qayamat’. She will be next seen in Tamil sci-fi film ‘Ayalaan’. It stars Sivakarthikeyan, Rakul Preet Singh and Sharad Kelkar among others.
