, Isha Ambani talked about the support system that she has found at her home.
When the diva was questioned about how their relationship would change with
Radhika Merchant
joining their family. Isha responded by saying that her mother Nita and her bhabhi Shloka and Radhika are her closest confidantes. She further added that she looks at Anant’s fiancee with a mothering eye.
She shared, “Anant has always been like the baby figure in my life, someone whom I’ve doted on, so I look at Radhika with a mothering eye. My mum, Shloka and Radhika are my closest confidantes and my first line of friends.”
Isha also talked about her bond with
Shloka Mehta
, who is also her childhood friend. She said, “I was very lucky that the person who my brother decided to marry was my best friend, Shloka.” She remembered the beginning of their classroom friendship and said, “Shloka became like my sister as we grew up. Even right now, we’re sharing the house in London and we joke that we’re actually married to each other because both Akash and Anand are in Mumbai and we’re here with the kids.”
Anant and Radhika are all set to marry in a three-day Hindu ceremony in Mumbai from July 12. Their wedding, spanning over three days, features three events — ‘Shubh Vivaah’ on July 12, followed by ‘Shubh Aashirwad’ on July 13 and ‘Mangal Utsav’ or the wedding reception on July 14.
