IPL 2025, KKR vs RCB Predicted Playing 11 Today Match, Full Squad: The 18th edition of the Indian Premier League will kickstart today (Saturday) with defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders taking on Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. With Ajinkya Rahane taking the reins of KKR against an inexperienced captain in RCB’s Rajat Patidar, one can expect full-throttle rivalry in play when these two meet.

While Kolkata holds a good record in IPL season openers, having won six out of the seven games they have played so far, Bengaluru, on the other hand, have won only one in the five curtain raisers they have been part of.

KKR beat Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final of IPL 2024 to win their third title and is the third-most successful team in the tournament after Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians (five titles each).

In IPL 2025, 74 matches will be played across 13 venues, with 12 double-headers scheduled over the course of the tournament. The final and Qualifier 2 will be held in Kolkata, while Hyderabad will host Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator.
