India vs Bangladesh 3rd T20I Weather Update: India will step out to complete a series sweep in the third T20I against Bangladesh at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Saturday.
However, rain could play spoilsport after persistent showers hit the ground on Friday afternoon. A heavy downpour in the evening forced the entire square to be covered by the groundsmen. Consequently, the visitors cancelled their schedule practice session for the evening.
India and Bangladesh were recently part of a rain-affected Test in Kanpur where the hosts scripted a resounding victory within the last two days of play.
According to Accuweather.com, “a thunderstorm in spots in the morning, then intervals of clouds and sunshine in the afternoon” is predicted on Saturday. There is a 40 per cent chance of rain in the morning. However, the forecast suggests negligible rain in the evening.
The toss is scheduled to take place at 6:30 PM IST with the first ball slated to be bowled at 7 PM IST.
India recorded a seven-wicket win in the first T20I in Gwalior before hammering Bangladesh by 86 runs in the second match in Delhi.
