The 29-year-old has become the league’s most expensive signing, with the Punjab-Haryana-based hockey team buying the drag-flicker for 78 lakh rupees in an auction. He’s currently playing in the Hockey India League and having a decent season so far.

After that, they made a comeback with a 4-3 win against Vedanta Kalinga Lancers.

I have gathered some knowledge while still learning as much as I can. Now there are responsibilities I have to live up to, besides the expectations and guiding the young guns. I am enjoying it.”
