Border 2
‘ together for the first time in October this year.
According to sources close to the project, “The team behind ‘Border 2’ has been working tirelessly to prepare everything, and it’s been a long time in the making as they wanted to do justice to the magnitude of the first film. Now, as the preparations are almost done, the team will begin shooting.
As it stands now, the team will begin shooting in October.”
As we all know, ‘Border 2’ is also set in 1971 and is based on events that happened on the same night as Border’s event.

Although there is no official announcement of the release date, ‘Border 2’ is likely to take place over the Republic Day weekend of 2026. The movie will be directed by Anurag Singh and produced by JP Dutta, Nidhi Dutta, and Bhushan Kumar.
Sunny is currently busy filming his upcoming movie, ‘Baap.’ Additionally, he is also slated to appear in ‘Lahore 1947.’
