The government has announced an increase in CNG prices by Rs 1, which will impact commuters across various regions of India. The new rate came into effect at 6.am on June 22.
The price hike will affect several cities in New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, and the National Capital Region (NCR).
In New Delhi, the price has risen from Rs 74.09 to Rs 75.09 per kg.
In Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad prices have increased from Rs 78.70 to Rs 79.70 per kg.

This is not the first time CNG prices have been hiked in recent times. Just before Bakrid, several cities in Uttar Pradesh had already experienced an increase in CNG prices, as per reports.
However, there has been no change in CNG prices in Gurugram in Haryana.
