Bollywood actor Govinda and comedian Krushna Abhishek have finally reconciled after a seven-year-long feud. The emotional reunion occurred during a recent appearance by Govinda, who was joined by Shakti Kapoor and Chunky Panday.
The rift between Govinda and Krushna began when a joke by Krushna on a comedy show upset Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja. Things escalated when Krushna’s wife, Kashmera Shah, had a public exchange with Sunita on social media, which only deepened the tensions.
On The Great Indian Kapil Show, Govinda opened up about the issue, revealing that his wife Sunita had always supported Krushna’s career despite the misunderstanding. Govinda expressed his wish for Krushna to apologize to Sunita, stating, “You say sorry to her; she loves you.”
Krushna, visibly emotional, referred to the reconciliation as the end of his “vanvaas” (exile), saying, “Today is one of the most special and memorable days of my life. My seven years of vanvaas ended today by sharing the stage with my uncle.”
Govinda also praised Krushna’s mother, whom he considered a mother figure, emphasizing that he never intended for any estrangement.
While Sunita Ahuja has yet to comment on the truce, fans celebrated this emotional moment, marking the end of one of Bollywood’s most talked-about family feuds.
