Lucknow: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat on Saturday urged members to ensure the widespread establishment of the Sangh by its centenary year 2025.
Bhagwat is on a five-day visit to Gorakhpur and Saturday marked the fourth day when he was also scheduled to meet CM Yogi Adityanath in a meeting that was being considered crucial due to BJP’s lackluster performance in the state and country, as well as Bhagwat’s recent statements seen as a veiled “rap” to BJP to not harbour arrogance.
In Gorakhpur, Bhagwat urged volunteers to fan out in different areas of the country for a year, and establish the presence of the outfit in every village, hold shakhas, and work towards getting more and more people associated with it.
He also advised the volunteers to think of ways to evolve along with them.
