on November 12 at
Iskcon
temple in Delhi. The wedding was a close knit affair with only family members and very close friends present. Himansh met Vini in February, who had come to meet her parents from US in her hometown Katni in Madhya Pradesh.
In an exclusive chat, Hemansh said, “Vini is a scientist and has been working in the US for the last eight years. Ours is an arranged marriage; we met through our parents in Katni, Madhya Pradesh in February, when she was here on a holiday. Vini and I come from different backgrounds, so we have a lot to talk about. But what really matters is that two people are on the same wavelength.”
Hemansh added, “Vini was keen to have an
intimate wedding
ceremony with all the rituals and so was I. We are both
Radha-Krishna bhakts
, so we decided to get married at an ISKCON temple in Delhi.”
Vini will now relocate to Mumbai. Hemansh shared, “I recently bought a new home in Mumbai, and Vini and I are looking forward to starting this new phase with God’s blessings. I am yet to wrap up things in Delhi and return to Mumbai. We plan to host a reception in Mumbai soon.”
On the work front, Hemansh has been part of films like Ranchi Diaries, Boondi Raita and will now be seen in the upcoming film Julia and Kalia.
