Principal Secretary (Political) M.K. Meena reviewing the preparations being made for the Secretaries’ meeting to be held on February 11, at the Secretariat on Saturday.
Andhra Pradesh Principal Secretary (Political) Mukesh Kumar Meena has directed the officials to ensure foolproof arrangements for the Secretaries’ meeting scheduled to be organised on February 11.
On Saturday, Mr. Meena inspected the preparations for the meeting to be attended by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and all Ministers.
Mr. Meena stressed the need to adhere to protocol in the seating arrangements. He wanted that the Ministers be seated with their respective department Secretaries for efficient coordination.
As the Secretaries would be presenting the progress reports and future plans via PowerPoint presentations, Mr. Meena instructed the officials that all display screens, microphones, and audiovisual equipment be tested to ensure that they functioned properly. Uninterrupted power supply should be ensured, he added.
Mr. Meena directed the officials to put up welcome banners and floral decorations in the conference hall. He also provided specific instructions regarding catering arrangements, ensuring that meals, coffee, tea, and snacks were served efficiently to all the dignitaries attending the meeting.
