Emerging Asia Cup T20 2024: Squads, match schedule, venues, date

The sixth edition of the Emerging Asia Cup will be held in Oman with eight teams in contention.

The tournament which was held last year after a four-year hiatus in the ODI format will be played in the T20 format for the first time this season.

The tournament will be held at the Oman Cricket Academy Ground in Muscat between October 18 to 27. The tournament will be played between the ‘A’ sides of five sides with Hong Kong, hosts Oman and United Arab Emirates fielding their senior men’s sides.

Last year, Pakistan A beat India A by 128 runs in the final.

Groups

Eight teams are split into two groups of four each where matches will be held in a round-robin format. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals.

Festive offer

Group A: Afghanistan A, Bangladesh A, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka A.
Group B: India A, Oman, Pakistan A, United Arab Emirates.
