today, Divya Dutta opens up about the special bond she shares with her brother

actress thanks Rahul for being a friend and a father figure who also helped her to become an actor.
She tells us, “Rahul has been a huge support in me becoming an actor. In fact, he was the one who clicked my pictures, which I sent to the talent hunt that I participated in. He was in school when he clicked those pictures. Woh pictures professional nahi thi but bade dil se kheechi thi. Thanks to all that warmth and affection I got selected in the contest and then took a plunge into showbiz. So, Rahul has been extremely encouraging and has given me that freedom. He never asks me any questions, except, when will you be back home? Which I think is very sweet of him.”

This Bhaidooj the actress will be shooting outdoors and so before she takes the flight, she’s going to do the rituals with Rahul. “It’s a family gathering. Even my niece and nephew will be doing their bhaidooj. We do the puja, the tika and exchange gifts. It’s beautiful and something that I look forward to,” says Divya.
Talking about how her equation has evolved over the years with her brother, Divya signed off saying, “Rahul doesn’t talk much, but he clearly knows when I need him the most and he is always there pampering me and looking after me. I remember as kids my cousin and I used to fight with respect to who would put tikka on Rahul first and get the gift. He would give us chocolates in return and that felt really special.”
