Pakistan Cricket Board chief Mohsin Naqvi labels Pakistan ‘Best Team in the World’ after beating Ireland 2-1 in T20I series

The Pakistan Cricket Team turned things around to secure a 2-1 win against Ireland. After going down in the first game, Babar Azam and Co made a strong comeback to secure a series win. This promoted Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Moshin Naqvi to claim that this team is the ‘Best Team in the World’.

The PCB took to social media to heap praises for his side. The Men in Green marked a strong comeback after a shock defeat in the first game against the Irish side.

T20 World Cup Preparations Continue

Pakistan played a 3-match T20I series against Ireland in their bid to prepare for the ICC T20 World Cup. The trip to Ireland will be followed by a trip to England where the Men in Green will play a 4-match T20I series against the Three Lions.

Mohsin Naqvi congratulated his side by heaping huge praises. He wished his boys best of luck for the upcoming England series and the ICC T20 World Cup.

Naqvi claimed that with absolute determination, determination and hard work Pakistan has proven how they are the Best Team in the World.

“Congratulations to the Pakistan Cricket team for winning the series against Ireland! With teamwork and dedication, you have proven to be the best team in the world. Best of luck, boys, for the England series and the World Cup,” Naqvi wrote on social media.

Naqvi who travelled to Ireland to watch his side, returned back to his country. In Ireland, he had a discussion with the Irish board about the FTP. Ireland are slated to play 3 ODIs and 3 T20I games in the 2023-27 FTP cycle.
