As Badlapur sexual assault accused Akshay Shinde was killed during a police encounter, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray on September 24 said that the incident (encounter) raised a lot of questions. “Justice being served was important and after that, the accused should be given hanged to a death sentence. But yesterday’s incident has raised a lot of questions…For such a thing to happen is shameful. Every woman should be safe…,” said Aaditya Thackeray.
