that might arise from his physical presence.
During Friday’s proceedings at the court of IX additional chief metropolitan magistrate, public prosecutors requested for time till Monday to file their arguments. Meanwhile, II additional metropolitan sessions judge scheduled the regular bail hearing for Monday, when the actor may be asked to appear in person.
