, shedding light on his parents’ fear towards his entry into the
film industry

During an appearance on ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show,’ Aamir Khan said, “I did backstage for a year and a half and also did 2 Plays. My parents and my uncle were huge filmmakers themselves. But he was opposed to the idea of his children entering the film industry and the reason behind that was that the film industry is highly volatile.”
The esteemed actor elaborated on his parents’ concerns, emphasizing their desire for a profession with fewer uncertainties.
He revealed, ” My parents never wanted me to enter the film industry. They wanted their children to be in a more steady profession that has less ups and downs. So they were strongly against it.”
Despite parental opposition, Aamir Khan took the path that he always wanted to take and turned out to be the star of Bollywood. While his parents initially disapproved of his career choice, Aamir Khan’s rise to superstardom stands as an example to his unwavering determination and hard work.
