Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Shreyas Iyer are confirmed to be present, but several other international stars are either playing in the India vs. England T20I series or the Ranji Trophy. Virat Kohli most likely won’t be there either. Unless, of course, he returns home (Alibaug in Maharashtra) as soon as possible from Delhi.
