NEW DELHI: A non-cognizable report (NCR) was filed on the complaint of the returning officer against BJP leader Parvesh Verma for allegedly distributing shoes to electors of the New Delhi assembly constituency.
The complaint was made by the returning officer of the New Delhi district.
“The returning officer received a complaint from Dr

, stating that Parvesh Verma , a prospective BJP candidate, was distributing shoes to electors of the New Delhi assembly constituency within the religious campus of Valmiki Temple, near Mandir Marg police station,” the complaint read.
