, Christmas is special. The singer, performer who hails from Bhopal shares his memories of celebrating the festival in his hometown. He says, “I’ve been celebrating Christmas every year from my childhood days and I’ve never missed going to the church. I enjoyed bringing in the festivities with my family where we do a get-together have feast and pray together. This year, since I came to Mumbai, I had a line-up of shows post which I am spending family time at home. I am also busy with a song launch. This festive season I am doing a lot of concerts and celebrating Christmas through them.”
Stebin enjoys putting up a Christmas tree and decorating it at home. He says, “I love decking it up. This is one thing which I love to do and I’ve been doing all my life. Whether it’s a 1-foot or 10-feet Christmas tree, I’ve always decorated it. This time as well, we’ve put up a Christmas tree in the drawing room. I’m hosting my friends at our Mumbai house for Christmas feast. For dinner, last night, we had baked Christmas cakes and cooked traditional dishes for all my friends.”
The Thoda Thoda Pyaar singer remembers hosting his first Xmas bash in Mumbai, saying, “The first Christmas party I ever hosted was in 2019, when I came to the city for the first time. I called all my friends from Bhopal and Mumbai at home and we partied really hard. I had decked up my house really well. My all-time favourite Christmas songs I enjoy singing are Jingle Bell and We Wish You A Merry Christmas.”
Stebin feels that 2024 was one of his best years as he delivered a song that became a trending number, Sahiba. “I also bought my first house where I am currently staying,” he said.
