Mumbai Marines picked up their third straight win in Big Cricket LEague while MP Tigers managed to secure their second win
Madhya Pradesh Tigers beat UP Brij Stars by an emphatic 71-run margin to register their second win of Big Cricket League. Meanwhile, the Irfan Pathan-led Mumbai Marines continued to ride on their winning momentum as they clinched their third victory of the tournament. With this win, MM has cemented their place at the top of the standings with 6 points while MPT are second-placed with 4 points.
Mumbai Marines thrash Rajasthan Regals
Batting first in the contest, Mumbai Marines got their top-order going berserk, with opener Mihir agarwal going on to score 53 runs. Jesal Karia scored a century off just 56 deliveries while skipper Irfan Pathan played a cameo of 36 runs off 13 deliveries laced with two fours and four sixes. In response, Rajasthan Regals only managed to score 169 runs before being bowled out. Opener Samarth Srinivas was the top-scorer for the side after managing to score a half-century. MM managed to beat RR by 43 runs.

A 101-run knock from keeper-batter Naman Ojha and an 87-run knock from all-rounder Pawan Negi powered MPT to a mammoth 237 run total at the end of their 1st innings. In response, UPBS managed to score just 165 runs at the end of 20 overs.
