A group of unidentified individuals vandalised the idol of Goddess Durga at exhibition ground in Hyderabad amid Navratri celebrations. BJP leader Madhavi Latha arrived at the spot and offered prayers, showing solidarity with the Hindu community. She warned the miscreants and said that whosoever has done it, they don’t deserve to be respected and exist on Earth. Madhavi Latha said, “Entire incident is very uncivilized and uncultured and very communal by nature. The most surprised this is between 3 AM and 5 AM there were some kind of anti-social elements, anti-religious elements, anti- secular elements whoever they were. They have just walked in and bugged in to the place, broken the hands of goddess and smashed everything. I would warn them and tell them that by doing this you have establish that you are not fit to be in the country. By doing this you have proved that you don’t deserve to be respected and not even deserve to exit on this earth. We are not going to keep quiet and pull you out.”
