The Delhi High Court has denied Shivinder Mohan Singh permission to travel abroad and declined to suspend a look-out circular issued against him in connection with an SFIO probe into Religare Enterprises and associated entities.

NEW DELHI: The

to travel abroad. It declined to suspend a
look-out circular
issued against Singh in connection with an
SFIO probe
into the affairs of Religare Enterprises and other related entities. Justice Dharmesh Sharma observed that prima facie, Singh has sizable assets and properties and if allowed to go abroad, he may not come back to join the investigation and trial.
