’ actor practices yoga regularly, and he has now given a glimpse of the same. On Tuesday, June 25, Varun Dhawan dropped a video of him practicing several yoga poses, which has helped him get rid of stiff shoulders, and chest muscles.
The ‘Baby John’ actor practiced yoga with the help of his teacher.
In a note that accompanied, Varun Dhawan spoke about how practicing yoga has been beneficial for him. “YOGA – stretch to be the best. Yes, that’s been the most beneficial healing element in my life. Iv had very stiff shoulders and chest muscles for a long time these asans have really helped open me up and helped my digestion and sleep. It’s taken me a long time to reach here under the super version of my teacher,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal welcomed their first child, a baby girl, earlier this month, June 2024. “Our baby girl is here. Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby. हरे राम हरे राम, राम राम हरे हरे कृष्ण हरे कृष्ण कृष्ण कृष्ण हरे हरे ।” Varun Dhawan said in his social media post. He also expressed his happiness of being a father to a girl child, “Couldn’t be happier to be a girl dad.”
