Despite envisioning herself as Zaara, she accepted the role of Shabbo after being mesmerized by the storyline and the stellar cast, including Shah Rukh Khan. Although hesitant initially about playing a friend’s character, Aditya Chopra’s assurance that she was the only choice for the role convinced her. Reflecting on her mother’s advice to give her all to the role, Divya embraced Shabbo, ultimately leaving a lasting impact with her performance.
