It was the voting day for Mumbaikars which was filled with people going out and excercising their right. One also saw several celebrities venturing out to cast their votes and motivate many others to do the same. Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Rekha, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Akshay Kumar,
Ranbir Kapoor
among others were there at their nearest polling booths.
Ranbir arrived to cast his vote in a white shirt and denims, looking quite dapper in this classy combo and a clean-shaven look. But as soon as he entered the polling booth, he saw
Prem Chopra
and
Sharman Joshi
. He immediately touched Chopra’s feet and hugged him and hugged Sharman. After posing with them, Ranbir again touched his feet for the second time while saying bye and this love-filled gesture was loved by fans.
Ranbir recently shared screen space with Chopra in ‘Animal‘ who was all praise for his performance. Infact, Chopra had also said that Ranbir would be apt if ever a biopic was made on him. He had said in an interview that Ranbir is a fine actor and that he was amazed seeing his performance in ‘Animal’. He further added that he’s in the bracket of superstars and would be the right choice to play Prem Chopra.
Meanwhile, Chopra was accompanied by his son-in-law Sharman. For those not in the know, Sharman is married to Prem Chopra’s daughter
