, Bandra West, is subject to a 5 per cent escalation in rent every year, according to the
rent agreement
.
The breakdown of the monthly rent over the three years is as follows: Rs 1.5 lakh for the first 12 months, Rs 1.57 lakh for the next 12 months, and Rs 1.65 lakh for the subsequent year, as per the documents.
The rent agreement was officially registered on April 29, 2024. Additionally, the tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 4.5 lakh, as indicated in the documents.
